In 1983, Lucasfilm selected JBL to develop the first commercial THX®- licensed cinema speaker system. Nine years later, JBL Synthesis released the first THX home theater system.

Primetheater applies JBL Synthesis speakers in its cinemas, as it is a complete, ready-to-use system and allows it to be adapted to the size and acoustics of the room. Once installed, each system is calibrated to ensure exceptional performance for all venues.
