From May until the end of the year, PrimeTheater opens the doors of its factory in Portugal for a private experience dedicated to the future of high-performance Home Cinema.

In partnership with Barco Residential, ASCENDO Immersive Audio and StormAudio, the room brings together some of the latest international solutions for residential cinema, including products presented worldwide in the context of Luxury Immersion Cinema, a project that brought these brands together at Integrated Systems Europe 2026.

Among the highlighted innovations are image solutions, immersive audio, infrasonic subwoofers, high-end processing and amplification, all integrated into a room designed to demonstrate the full potential of each technology.

Barco Residential presents premium image solutions, with a special focus on Runar, the brand’s flagship LED wall. This screen stands out for its installation versatility, shadow-free performance and ability to deliver a clean, uniform and highly precise image. With cinematic colour certification and specialised calibration, it was developed to ensure detail, contrast and visual fidelity at the highest level, bringing the private room closer to a true cinema experience.

ASCENDO Immersive Audio integrates solutions created to meet the challenges of rooms with LED video walls, where immersive sound requires a highly precise technical approach. Among the featured products is THE8 PRO PASSIVE LED WEDGE, developed to deliver ultra-realistic sound in residential and professional environments. Its engineering allows for discreet integration, immersive sound reproduction and an acoustic presence capable of placing the viewer at the centre of the action.

The experience is further enhanced by ASCENDO’s bass and sub-bass systems, including infrasonic subwoofers capable of reproducing frequencies below the range of human hearing. The result is an additional layer of depth, impact and emotion — bass that is not only heard, but felt throughout the room.

StormAudio is responsible for the room’s audio processing, with high-end solutions developed to ensure precision, stability and control in immersive cinema environments. Its processor calibrates and distributes audio with accuracy, enabling coherent, enveloping sound reproduction that remains faithful to the original intention of the film. The result is a more precise, balanced and deeply immersive cinematic experience.
